Marin County offers hillside views, waterfront walking paths, and coastal sunsets that quickly remind you why people choose to put down roots here. Life in Marin is closely connected to the outdoors. Open space, trails, beaches, and parks are part of daily life, not something you have to plan for. 
San Francisco is a city where beautiful architecture, culture, and amazing water views intersect. Restaurants, parks, coffee shops, and public transit are big decision-makers when looking for a home here. From Golden Gate Park to the Presidio to a day on the bay, this is truly one of the most magical places in California.
